The orange LED of my Philips HomeRun 6000 Series vacuum cleaner robot flashes

    Published on 06 December 2023
If the orange LED is flashing on the base station indicator of your Philips HomeRun robot, you can find possible causes and solutions below.

    6000 series
    • The water tank does not have enough water, or the dirty water tank is full. Please fill up the water tank and empty the dirty water tank.
    • When cleaning the mop, if the auto-empty station detects weak airtightness in the water tank, cover and fasten the top and water tank covers.
    • If the cleaning slot is not installed or not in place, please align the bottom of the station and install the cleaning slot downwards.
    • The water suction port at the bottom of the base station is blocked, please remove the blockage of the water suction port.

If the above solutions did not help solve the issue, contact us for further assistance.
