    Published on 2021-07-04

We strongly advise you to flush your Philips AquaTrio Pro after every use to prevent dirt from accumulating and bacteria from growing inside. Discover how to simply do it yourself in the following lines.

Switch off the appliance and plug out of the wall socket

Start with switching off your Philips AquaTrio Pro. Place the appliance upright in parking position and pull the plug out of the wall socket.

Fill the clean water tank with water

After emptying the dirty water in the water tank of the device, fill the clean water tank with water.

    Note:

Make sure the clean water tank is filled and the dirty water tank is empty before you start flushing the appliance to prevent interruption of the flushing process. Interruption of the process has a negative effect on the flushing result.

Fill a measuring cup with 300ml of water

Use a measuring cup and fill it with 300ml of water. In the meanwhile, place the appliance on the flushing tray.

    Note:

If you wish, you can add some liquid floor cleaner to the water.

Pour the water slowly into the flushing tray

Pour the water you filled in a measuring cup slowly into the flushing tray. Make sure the water level does not exceed the MAX indication.

Put the mains plug in the wall socket and switch on the appliance

After putting the mains plug in the wall socket, switch on the appliance.

Let the appliance operate until the water in the flushing tray is used up

Once you let the appliance operate, wait until the water in the flushing tray is used up. This takes approximately 15 seconds.

Switch off the appliance and unplug it

Once the water in the flushing tray is used up, switch off your Philips AquaTrio Pro and unplug it.

Check if the inside of the appliance is clean

After flushing, open the mopping nozzle lid of your Philips AquaTrio Pro, remove the mopping brush cover and check if the inside is clean. Do not forget to rinse the flushing tray under running water after flushing.

    Note:

If you have flushed the appliance and it remains dirty, you can clean each part separately.
