    Which speed should I select for my Philips food processor accessory?

    Your Philips food processor comes with a number of helpful accessories. Discover which settings to use to achieve optimal results.

    Blade unit

    Almonds or nuts - up to 250 g for 60 seconds at speed 1.

    Cheese - Up to 250 g for 30 seconds at speed 2.

    Chocolate - up to 250 g for 45 seconds at speed 2.

    Meat - up to 500 g, 5 pulses or 5 seconds at speed 2.

    Onions - up to 500 g, 5 pulses.

    Parsley - up to 50 g for 30 seconds at speed 2.

    Kneading knife

    To prepare dough mix up to 500 g of yeast and up to 360 ml of water. Use speed 1 for 2-3 minutes.

    Emulsifying disc

    Cream - up to 350 ml for 1-3 minutes at speed 1.

    Egg whites - up to four egg whites for 1-3 minutes at speed 1.

    Grating/Shredding discs (HR7761)

    Carrots - up to 500 g for 30 seconds at speed 1.

    Cheese - up to 200 g for 30 seconds at speed 1.

    Cucumbers - up to two cucumbers for 30 seconds at speed 1.

    Onions - up to 300 g for 30 seconds at speed 1.

    Potatoes - up to 500 g for 30 seconds at speed 1.

    Shredding/Slicing discs (HR7762, HR7763)

    Carrots - up to 500 g for 30 seconds at speed 1.

    Cheese - up to 200 g for 30 seconds at speed 1.

    Cucumbers - up to two cucumbers for 30 seconds at speed 1.

    Onions - up to 300 g for 30 seconds at speed 1.

    Potatoes - up to 500 g for 30 seconds at speed 1.

    French fry disc

    To prepare fries use up to 500 g of potatoes for 30 seconds at speed 1.

    Julienne disc (HR7763)

    Carrots or potatoes - up to 500 g for 30 seconds at speed 1.

    Cucumbers - up to two cucumbers for 30 seconds.

    Granulating disc (HR7762)

    Cheese - up to 200 g for 30 seconds at speed 1.

    Potatoes - up to 500 g for 30 seconds at speed 1.

    Mini chopper

    Almonds and nuts - up to 40 g for 30 seconds at speed 2.

    Coffee beans - up to 40 g for 30 seconds at speed 2.

    Meat up to 100 g, 5 pulses.

    Parsley - up to 50 g for 30 seconds at speed 2.

    Pepper - up to 70 g for 30 seconds at speed 2.

    Blender

    Fruit smoothies - up to 1 l for 1 minute at speed 2.

    Ice cubes - up to 6 ice cubes, 9 pulses.

    Pancake batter - up to 1 l for 1 minute at speed 2.

    Soups up to 1 l for 1 minute at speed 2.

    Vegetable drinks - mix up to 400 g of vegetables and 600 ml of water for 3 minutes using speed 2.
