Can I dry and store pasta made with my Philips Pasta Maker?
Published on 24 August 2023
Yes, you can dry and store home-made pasta made with Philips Pasta Maker. Please find our tips below.
Drying home-made pasta
Leave your pasta hanging on a wire or pasta rack in a dry space for at least 24 hours to let it dry. After that, transfer the pasta into a container and leave the container uncovered for four days.
Storing home-made pasta
Fresh-made pasta can be kept in the fridge for a few days. Sprinkle flour on the pasta to prevent sticking and then store them wrapped in plastic in the refrigerator.
For best results, partially cook the pasta before storage and complete the cooking when needed. Note: You can also freeze pasta in the same way.
