    Volume of my Philips speaker gradually decreases

    If the speaker is powered by battery or rechargeable battery:

    • Replace the battery or recharge the rechargeable battery in the speaker

    If the speaker is powered by USB:

    • Make sure the USB cable is directly connected to the computer

    Note: Do not use a hub or USB extension cable. Otherwise, the volume of the speaker might decrease after a short period of time.
