    One or both wheels are stuck

    If one or both wheels of your Philips SmartPro Easy Robot are stuck, press the start/stop button. Remove the fluff, hair, thread or wire that is caught around the wheel suspension.

    The appliance was lifted while it was cleaning

    In this case, your Philips SmartPro Easy Robot stops cleaning automatically. Place the appliance on the floor and press the start/stop button to resume cleaning.

    The drop off sensors are dirty

    Clean the drop-off sensors on the bottom of your Philips SmartPro Easy Robot and remove dust or fluff. You can use the cleaning brush that comes with the appliance.
