- 60 mL (1/4 c) red wine vinegar
- 180 mL (3/4 c) olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt & fresh pepper to taste
