    If the battery of your Philips SmartPro Easy can no longer be charged or runs out of power quickly, then probably the battery has reached the end of its life. The rechargeable battery of the device may only be replaced by qualified service engineers. Take the device to an authorized Philips service center to have the battery replaced.
