If you still smell the bad air with your Philips Air Mask, read our troubleshooting advice below .
Your Philips Air Mask can effectively filter smog (PM2.5), pollen, bacteria and other solid particles except oily particles such as second-hand smoke, car tail gas, lampblack smell, etc. Please only use it for filtering this kind of particles.
Note: You cannot replace the industrial gas mask with your Philips Air Mask. Do not use this mask to protect from the toxic gas or chemical smoke. If you feel uncomfortable with the surrounding air, please leave the polluted environment as soon as possible.
