    The mop of my Philips HomeRun 6000 Series vacuum cleaner robot is not cleaned

    If the mop of your Philips HomeRun robot is not getting cleaned, you can find possible causes and solutions below. 
     
    • To ensure proper installation of the water tank, gently press it after installation.
    • Additionally, make sure the water tank cover is securely installed and locked with the side fastener.
    • Check if there is enough water in the tank and add water if necessary.
    • Finally, inspect the floor drain at the bottom of the base station for blockages that may trigger water overflow detection. If there is a blockage, use a cloth to clean up the water.
