    My Philips SmartPro Easy Robot does not start

    If your Philips SmartPro Easy Robot does not start, there might be a simple solution. Discover how to simply solve the issue in the following lines.

    The battery is empty

    Charge the rechargeable battery of your Philips SmartPro Easy Robot by placing the robot on the plugged-in docking station. If successfully placed, the appliance beeps and the Start/Stop button starts flashing blue. When the rechargeable battery is fully charged, the start/stop button lights up blue continuously.

    The remote control batteries are empty

    If your Philips SmartPro Easy Robot does not start when you use the remote control, the batteries in the remote control might be empty. Replace the batteries.
