How do I remove stains/calcification from my Philips Nourishing Kettle?

To remove or clean strains/calcification  in your Philips Nourishing Kettle, follow the steps below:

1. Fill kettle with cold water and add 10g of baking soda.
2. Bring the water to a boil then leave it to sit for 20 minutes before pouring the hot water out of the kettle.
3. Refill the kettle with cold water and then use a sponge to clean the heating plate.
4. Repeat the steps above if necessary.
