    Curried carrot soup

    Carrot is a very versatile ingredient for soups. Combine it with lime and mango, or try this curry and coconut combination.

    Servings 4 persons, Preparation time 0 minutes, Cooking time: 23 minutes


    • 400 g carrot
    • 50 g potato
    • 50 g chopped onions
    • 700 ml vegetable stock
    • pepper & salt, to taste
    • 2 tsp curry powder
    • 100ml crème fraîche or coconut milk


    • Peel the carrot and potato and cut them into 2 cm cubes.
    • Place all the ingredients except for the crème fraîche into the soup maker, close the lid and press the cream soup program.
    • When the soup is ready, open the lid, mix in the crème fraîche and pour into bowls or glasses.
