    Smoked salmon soup

    A nice luxurious soup that's quick and easy to make in the SoupMaker.

    Servings 5 persons


    • 300 g smoked salmon
    • 1 large potato
    • 2 fish bouillon cubes
    • 200 ml light cream
    • 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil


    • Peel and cut the potato and put in the SoupMaker with the salmon. Fill the SoupMaker half full with water and add the cream and fish bouillon cubes. Turn the SoupMaker to program 1.
    • Mix the oil with the dill and set aside. Serve the soup with a few drops of oil.
