Terms and Conditions

1. The Private Sale is opened to all members of Philips Online Shop who have active accounts set up on www.philips.com.sg. (“Members”). 

2. The Private Sale is held on 8 December 2018, 3 – 6pm at Philips APAC Center, 622 Lorong 1, Toa Payoh Singapore 319763. To enter Philips’ premises where the Private Sale is held, Philips’ representative(s) may require that you produce user name, ID and/or membership number to validate your membership.

3. The Private Sale entitles Members to purchase selected Philips products at discounted prices of up to 50%. Products entitled to such discount will be listed on Philips’ promotion page. Philips Saeco, Televisions, Lighting, Dect Phones, Headphones, Peripherals & Accessories are excluded from the Private Sale.

4. Delivery, installation and storage charges are excluded from the price of products and shall be borne solely by the Member who requires delivery, installation and/or storage services to be provided by Philips. 

5. Discounts from other promotions are not applicable to the Private Sale. 

6. Philips reserves the rights to turn away Members at their absolute discretion. 

7. Products for the sale are valid only while stocks last. No reservation of any products is allowed. 

8. No combination of receipts is allowed. 

9. The Private Sale is subject to the laws of Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and Philips’ Privacy Policy located at: www.philips.com.sg/a-w/privacy-notice.html. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how Philips may use Members’ data and Members’ rights. By purchasing the products during the Private Sale and by providing personal data to Philips, Member consents to Philips collecting, using, disclosing and processing the Member’s Personal Data for purposes of this promotion in accordance with the PDPA and Philips’ Privacy Policy.

10. Philips reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate this promotion at any time and for any reason, as well as to amend the terms and conditions contained herein, without prior notice to Members. Philips shall have no liability whatsoever for the foregoing. Philips’ decision in relation to any of the foregoing shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained in such event. 

11. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions or the Private Sale shall be determined by Philips in its sole discretion and all decisions made shall be deemed final and conclusive.

12. Products purchased by the Members are subject to terms and conditions at https://www.philips.com/a-w/about/company/our-businesses/conditions-of-commercial-sale.html, which terms and conditions shall be incorporated herein by reference.
