Grilled salmon kebabs

Ingredients
- 50g young ginger
- 50g garlic, peeled
- 4 pcs coriander root
- 5g mint leaf
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tbs kosher salt
- lemon juice x ½ lemon
- 170ml yogurt
- 8 pcs salmon cubes 1.5 inches thick
- 8 nos cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil

- 1 wedge of lemon
